Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

- Protection from spam (reCAPTCHA) - legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- Storing cookie consent logs - legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest (Articles 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR)
Data Retention Period
- Contact form data: until matter is closed + 3 years (archival requirements)
- Cookie logs: 3 years from withdrawal of consent or 5 years from last use
- Google Analytics data: 14 months (automatically deleted by GA4)
- reCAPTCHA data: according to the service configuration and data minimization (typically short-term)
Sharing of Personal Data
