Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Response to contact form inquiries - legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Site traffic analysis (with consent) - legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR)
• Protection from spam (reCAPTCHA) - legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)
• Storing cookie consent logs - legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest (Articles 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR)

Data Retention Period

• Contact form data: until matter is closed + 3 years (archival requirements)
• Cookie logs: 3 years from withdrawal of consent or 5 years from last use
• Google Analytics data: 14 months (automatically deleted by GA4)
• reCAPTCHA data: according to the service configuration and data minimization (typically short-term)

Sharing of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients:

• Google LLC (Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA) - based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
• IT Service Providers - based on data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR
